Experience and Qualifications Summary.
  THE 2008 ELECTION? OUR PROPERTY. WHAT HAPPEN?  THE 9/2009 PERSPECTITIVE.

An investigation and statistically accurate survey of 2008 voters, indicates and suggest that less than 14.7% of eligible majority & minority voters participated in the elections. This was due to  frustration & anger over the accreditation removal. In reality this was a political scheme and plan by a few individuals who felt politically impotent. So these people, contrived and staged the school systems accreditation removal to reclaim their control of the County and the School Board to insure that they would have more certainty of retaining school board dollars and they would reclaim the court house. This effort resulted in the election being won by Republicans who deceived us by running as Democrats.
 An unconstitutional removal of elected officials by appointed officials set the stage. Then, after  having lost the accreditation of our schools, at their hands, our property values plummeted by 74% more than any other county in Georgia. Crime and foreclosures have grown faster here than anywhere else. The economic meltdown has already cost us hundreds of businesses and the loss of up to 10,000 residents. The real estate brokers tell us: "do not sell now... unless you want to get 30 cents on the dollar". These persons who orchestrated the "School Board fiasco" did not even have one child or grand child in the school system and they all live in the same area of the County. They lied to us, to the State and to the Govenor. However, their plan ended up back-firing and they have shot themselves and us in the foot. They have caused long term,  if not permanent economic damage to our County, our lives and those of our children. They have lost their credibility with many of their peers who know what they did. They did even more damage to Clayton County than General Sherman did in the Civil War.      Dr Lee Scott

A CEO with extensive experience in business development, operations, finance, purchasing, marketing and organizational consulting in such companies as American Express (Vice-President), Ford Motor Company(Marketing Manager) and Marine Midland Bank/HSBC (Commercial Lending Officer).

Executive business management and administration & operations consulting, project management and finance;

1971-1972     FORD MOTOR COMPANY.  Field Manager.
                        Served as liaison between new car dealerships and
                        Manufacture. Administrative Manager.

1972-1975     MARINE MIDLAND BANK/HSBC.  Commercial 
                        Lending Officer. Marketed bank services, credit lines  
                        and loans to commercial customers.

1975-1981    AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY.   Chief of
                       Operations, Vice President, Card Division. Promoted up 
                       the line was Director, Regional Manager &
                       Department Manager.  Ddirected operations including
                       credit, marketing and profitability improvements
                       including EDP Automation for $25 billion in international
                       bbillings.  Directed & Managed more than 9000 employees
                       with significant positive bottom line results.

1981-2007   CLINTON CHURCHILL.    President and
                      Chief Executive Officer.Consulted, Directed U.S. &  
                      Overseas operations, investments, Construction &
                      Renovations. Planned and developed professional tteams of
                      experts to consult with management companies on their
                      financial investments in real estate.

Lies and The Truth about this Campaign

Question: Did Lee Scott have his wife clean his record so he could run for Chairman? No.
The truth: No. The record that was removed, with the approval of the a superior court judge because it was for a false arrest that happened in 1992 and was immediately dismissed  in court since it was a cross complaint with no merit. The law says all such records should be expunged upon application.
The previous administration in the DA office lost the paper work twice since 1992.  Despite this, the record that was only removed in 2007, he has always been able to run for office as he did several times since 1992.  A warrant was actually issued for Bell’s arrest for assaulting women in 2004 but he still ran for office. See attached.  
 
Question: Did lee Scott make up the 124% tax increase or the 40% assessments?
